When the war was over authorities and people commune Pale-Praca tried solve the problems, a large number go them. Many of them were fixed until today. The infrastructure is rebuilt, just as aqueduct, local roads are reconstructed and many of houses are rebuilt also. There is small hospital with modern medical equipment and elementary school with sports hall and playgrounds. All places are phone-linked. For the first time there is local radio station in use. In Praca there are seven stores with all kind of supplies, one restaurant, three coffees and a local baker s shop. The most famous industry names are: JKP Praca, Eurogord Praca, ZZ Toplik Hrenovica, etc. Parts of industry are also making cattle-breed food and alteration of wood. There is new post office with telephone central and new gas-station. Many of citizen societies are know and most famous among all of them are: Sportsko dustvo “Jahorina” Praca, KUD “Rasim Imsirovic” Praca, Odred Izvidjaca “Praca” Praca, etc.
